Free right of withdrawal

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the withtract, within 14 days from when he himself or a third party appointed by the same, has received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of several products delivered separately with a single order, has received the latest product.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is sufficient for the Consumer to follow the following instructions:

    The return shipping cost is your responsibility and the return methods are:

    • with Italian post: In case you choose to return the goods through Poste Italiane, it is suggested to make the shipment by "registered mail". In this way the shipment is safer and you can check the arrival of the package. Once the parcel has been received, it is examined by the warehouse workers, and if it does not show any defects, we will proceed with a full refund.

    • with Bartolini: Collection at the delivery address. The cost is € 6.00, once the parcel has been received, it is examined by the warehouse workers, and if there is no defect, we will proceed with a partial refund.

In case of withdrawal, the Consumer will be reimbursed for the payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of the return costs, which will be at your expense), without undue delay and in any case no later than 10 days from when he decides to withdraw the product. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, in which case any additional costs deriving from the different means of payment chosen will be charged to the Consumer. The reimbursement can be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the demonstration of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

  3. If you have received the product and do not intend to use the return procedure referred to in the Return Form present in the package of your order, please return it to Neo Srls. via Acerenza 4, 00178 Rome (RM) Italy, without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 days from the day on which the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is met for goods shipped before the 30-day period has expired.

  4. The costs for returning the goods will be at your expense. Once the parcel has been received, it is examined by the warehouse workers, and if it does not show any defect we will proceed with the refund.

  5. The Consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return for non-withformity defect

  1. In case of receipt of incorrect or damaged items, the Consumer has the burden of reporting any defects and non-withformities within and no later than 2 (two) months from discovery.

  2. Without prejudice to the aforementioned deadline, it is possible to report any defects and non-conformities of the product within the first 30 days of receipt of the goods, using the form inside the package with which you received your order, following the instructions given. in the module itself.

  3. After 30 days from receipt of the goods, the Consumer may in any case communicate the defect and / or non-conformity found, while always respecting the aforementioned term of 2 (two) months from its discovery, by sending to our Customer Service, by e-mail to the appropriate form correctly filled out that you can download at the following link, following the further instructions contained therein.

  4. We reserve the right to evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by you and, after having carried out the quality checks aimed at verifying the actual non-conformity of the Product, we will provide feedback, via e-mail to the address provided during the registration process to the Site or during the transmission of the order. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the consumer will have the right to have the product repaired or replaced if explicitly requested; if these remedies are impossible or excessively onerous, as well as in the other cases provided for by law, the Consumer will be entitled to a refund of the price paid, using the same payment method used by him for the initial transaction.

  5. In the event of the return of items which are found to be defective and / or non-compliant in the terms and conditions set out above, the shipping costs relating to the return of the product and, in the event of repair or replacement, delivery of the repaired product or replaced, will be at our expense.
